CANCELLATION POLICY
cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your appointment
If you fail to do so, the first-time late cancellation fee is 50% of the appointment fee, and then 100% moving forward. the two exceptions for cancelling within the 24 hour period are sudden onset of sickness or Injury to self/a dependant.
Please note: if you or the therapist can fill your spot, the fee will be waived.
Why is there a cancellation Policy?
When you book, your spot is being held for you. Cancelling with more than 24 hours notice gives your therapist time to fill your spot and gives another client an opportunity to receive treatment.
