I’m captivated by the human mind and body. We are so adaptable, with the right tools and mindset we can work with any physical or mental challenges that may arise.

As a therapist, my belief is that manual therapy is an appreciable tool used for temporary results, and remedial exercise is used as a way to make those results last. In treatment, I use the two in combination to help empower my clients and guide them back to being pain-free.
